Join the Founding Team at North Van RMBL

North Van RMBL is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our founding team as Front Desk Sales Associates.

As the first and last person our members interact with, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional studio experience. You’ll welcome members, assist with memberships and class bookings, support retail sales, and help maintain a clean, organized, and energetic setting.

Responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Check members in and assist with class bookings.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and studio inquiries.
- Give studio tours to prospective members.
- Support membership sales and retail purchases.
- Keep the front desk and studio clean, organized, and presentable.




- Work closely with coaches and the management team to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic computer skills.
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
