We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly service, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Amazing customer service skills to ensure customers needs are met
- Make drink orders quickly and efficiently
- Handle food serving tasks as needed to support kitchen operation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and service areas
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with food service,



including serving dishes and refilling beverages
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order delivery and customer requests

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience with food handling, serving, and upselling techniques is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
