About Opus Art Supplies:

We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Professional to join our Online Store at our Head Office location in Burnaby, managed by eCommerce & Customer Experience Manager Erika Gascon.
Goal:
As a Fulfilment Professional, your primary goal is to ensure that every customer has a GREAT experience shopping on our Opus Online Store. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the visual arts and has a knack for logistics. We are looking for an organized, proactive team player who understands that every package is a connection with an artist and is eager to drive our online store’s success.
Accuracy, efficiency and a personal touch at every step of the fulfillment process builds our customer base. If you enjoy being precise, mastering order management systems and finding satisfaction in creating meaningful, personalized experiences for artists through careful, timely fulfillment you will succeed in this position. This in turn will directly drive our retail sales goals, build our membership program and create repeat business.
Results:
Store daily sales goals are met or exceed, all customer orders are shipped in 1 business days
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfillment Professionals are responsible for the picking, packing and shipping of all online, and phone orders accurately. They will have a strong understanding of our software systems to ensure that all orders are picked accurately, packed appropriately and shipped within 1 business day.
Fulfilment
Professionals will provide personalised customer engagement with postcards and email tracking of all orders at each stage of the fulfilment process.
Fulfillment
Professionals will have a good knowledge of our Online store and Strategy to ensure that all customers that qualify for promotions, GWP and Gifts receive them with their order.
Fulfillment Professionals will have a good understanding of the products that Opus sells to ensure that products are packaged and labelled appropriately.They will share knowledge gained from staff training, personal product knowledge and Opus website features with each other to ensure the best possible order experience for each customer.
Fulfilment Professionals will be responsible for communicating to Customer Fulfilment Coordinator any stock on hand discrepancies that are impacting the delivery time of orders.
In this role you will be looking for ways to improve the fulfillment process day to day, flagging bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggesting improvements that increase speed, accuracy and the customer experience. Always, with safety first in mind.
You will keep strong, timely and accurate financial hygiene in your daily work, ensuring your financial tasks and records are completed correctly, well documented and on time, and thoroughly enough to help facilitate the month-end close in line with the timelines set by Finance.

Empathy:Listening with your “eyes and heart” by treating every package as a creative gift; understanding that for many of our customers, the unboxing moment is a special connective moment to Opus.
Compensation & Schedule
Weekly Schedule: 8-4:30 Monday-Friday
Hourly Wage:$20.75

Upon successful completion of your 3-month probationary period, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
