We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server and also Store Manager Trainee to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a positive dining experience, and maintain high standards of food safety and hospitality. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation or barista duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
- A positive attitude with a genuine interest in providing outstanding guest experiences
