The Opportunity

Highspring is assisting a client in their search for a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a permanent role.

In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of a rapidly growing digital platform, working across multiple system components and integrations. You will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that support business and operational needs.

What You'll Do

- Develop both backend and frontend components of the platform
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand and refine business requirements
- Recommend and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Ensure code quality and compliance with architecture, naming conventions, and security standards
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Configure and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall development quality
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to implementation

What You Bring to the Table

- Approximately 5+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within Agile teams
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies

Core Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in C# , .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 6
- Experience with Angular (AngularJS, Angular 8+) , TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Solid experience designing and working with REST APIs
- Experience with SQL, Azure SQL, and SQL Server




- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using YAML and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Bicep)
- Knowledge of software design principles and design patterns
- Experience building and executing automated tests (unit and service-level)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices (Scrum, Lean)

Vos responsabilités





- Développer les composantes backend et frontend de la plateforme
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Product Owner pour comprendre et affiner les besoins
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions adaptées aux enjeux d'affaires
- Assurer la conformité du code aux standards d'architecture, de sécurité et de nomenclature
- Mettre en place et maintenir des tests automatisés
- Configurer et gérer les pipelines CI/CD
- Collaborer avec l'équipe afin d'assurer la qualité globale du développement
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et participer à leur mise en œuvre

Votre profil

- Environ 5 ans d'expérience en développement full stack
- Esprit analytique, rigueur et orientation résultats
- Excellentes aptitudes de collaboration en environnement Agile
- Curiosité et capacité d'apprentissage continu

Compétences clés requises

- Maîtrise de C# , .NET Framework, .NET Core et .NET 6
- Expérience avec Angular (AngularJS, Angular 8+) , TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript et HTML5
- Expérience solide avec les API REST
- Connaissance de SQL, Azure SQL et SQL Server
- Expérience avec les pipelines CI/CD (YAML, Infrastructure as Code - Bicep)

- Expérience en tests automatisés (unitaires et services)
- Connaissance des méthodes Agile et DevOps (Scrum, Lean)
