Qualifications & Requirements

- Graduate or upcoming graduate of a recognized HVAC program
- Gas Technician 2 (G2) licence — completed or in progress
- Oil Burner Technician 2 (OBT2) licence — considered an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn
- Safety-focused with keen attention to detail
- Physically capable of working outdoors and handling equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Previous field experience is not required — comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.
