Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in assistance.
- Manage guest inquiries with a positive energy




- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction.
- Setting up the space, closing down facilities at end of day
- Provide information about our services & locations
- Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring the host & guest area is tidy, organized, and inviting at all times.

Skills

- Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills with excellent in-person & phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with sauna & cold plunge benefits is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $22.00-$27.65 per hour
