We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete restoration, including concrete demolition, surface preparation, repair, and finishing, as well as the application of waterproofing coatings. The General Laborer will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing various physical tasks on construction sites.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing concrete surfaces for restoration, including cleaning, grinding, jackhammering, and removal of deteriorated material.
- Assisting with the application of concrete repair materials, including patching compounds.
- Mixing and applying waterproofing coatings, such as urethanes and epoxies.
- Moving, lifting, and carrying materials and equipment.
- Operating hand and power tools, including but not limited to: concrete grinders, mixers, and jackhammers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site.
- Following all safety procedures and regulations.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:





- Previous experience as a General Laborer in the construction industry is required.
- Knowledge of concrete repair materials and application techniques.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety regulations.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
