Duties

- Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and organization to maintain a safe and tidy work area
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment around the job site using manual handling or basic machinery
- Support skilled tradespeople by fetching tools, supplies, or materials as needed
- Help with setting up safety barriers, signage, and other site safety measures
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as digging, trenching, or surface preparation under supervision
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times




- Support team members in completing daily tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines

Experience

- Previous experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards on construction sites
- Ability to work well within a team environment and take direction from supervisors
