Duties

- Assist with site preparation by unloading materials, setting up equipment, and organizing supplies to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform general cleaning and debris removal to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Support tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas as needed
- Help with basic construction tasks such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, or installing fixtures under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and adhering to site safety guidelines




- Conduct routine inspections of the work area to identify hazards or issues that need attention
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling repeatedly
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is preferred
- Reliable with punctuality and dependable attendance habits
