- The candidate must explicit and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
- The candidate will be responsible for clearing fields of wood and stone.
- The candidate will be responsible for grading vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volumein order to fetch high price in market.
- The candidate will be responsible for guiding growing shoots into optimal development positions.
- The candidate must monitor animal health.
- The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
- The candidate must manually remove all suckers and water sprouts.
- The candidate will be responsible for training trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.
- The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
- The candidate will be responsible for fertilizing and spraying crops.
- The candidate must harvest crops.
- The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for feeding and tending animals.
- The candidate will be responsible for cutting horticultural crops.
- The candidate must follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management,



precision farming technology, and cover crops.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
- Farm operations include fruit and vegetable combination farming and sheep farming.
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
- The candidate must be able to work in wet/damp and dusty conditions.
- The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
