We specialize in accessory dwelling units called ADUs, which are independent homes built in residential backyards. Our mission is to help homeowners create more living space through quality construction and full support from design to permitting to completion.

We focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality workmanship.

We are looking for a Labourer to assist with on-site construction tasks. Your work will support the building teams and help keep projects running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities include: Assisting with site preparation and cleanup

Moving materials and tools around the site

Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed

Following safety guidelines and site rules

Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision





Loading and unloading construction materials This position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential construction.

Qualification We are seeking candidates who: Are physically fit and able to perform manual labor

Are reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team

Have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

Understand the importance of safety on construction sites

Have some basic experience with tools or construction is an asset but not required No formal education is necessary. We welcome applicants eager to start a career in construction.
