Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and productive functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate operations and achieve overall business objectives

Skills:




- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety regulations and best practices
