Position Overview:

The GM is a committed leader whose focus and commitment is to facilitate a positive work culture with the ability to develop, support, and retain a thriving team. In addition build a solid customer base promoting positive relationships with current and new customers, and achieving revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention. This position oversees the entire branch, leads the sales team, manages the sales pipeline, and develops new market opportunities while strengthening customer relationships.

Job Title: General Manager

Pay: $140,000 - $160 ,000 Salary with profitability bonuses

Potential Total Comp: $170,000 - $180,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full time

What You Will Be Doing:

- Your top priority is our Team and Customers Relationships
- Hiring, managing, coaching and developing the operations and sales teams




- Build rapport and productive relationships with current, potential and previous customers
- Acquire new customers and maintain current customer accounts
- Business Development - Identify and develop relationships to achieve Sales goals
- Achieving Annual Plan Targets including bookings, sales costs, expenses, profit and loss and net operating income
- Achieve the yearly Location Sales Plan for maintenance and Project Sales
- Assist the Leadership Team in spearheading the business initiatives
- Establish and improve procedures and policies
- Attend business networking events

What We Are Looking For:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in leadership role (Service/Operations/Branch/General Manager)
- Proven leadership and track record of training and building teams and a solid customer base and relationships
- Strong business acumen and proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management
- Excellent leadership, team-building and interpersonal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of HVAC service, installation, plumbing and sales operations would be an asset
- Proficiency in business management software, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred (but not required with relevant experience)
- High degree of accountability
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to support the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
