General Warehouse Associate — Digital Print Production

Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario

Shift: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑Time

Salary: $18–$20 per hour

Vantage Retail Design is a full‑service retail design and fabrication company specializing in branded, consumer‑facing displays and environments. From concept through installation, we combine design, engineering, large‑format digital printing, 3D printing, fabrication, manufacturing, and on‑site installation to deliver high‑quality retail solutions.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richmond Hill. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience and familiarity with large‑format digital printing or retail display fabrication. This role offers the opportunity to apply existing skills, learn recent techniques, and contribute to a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; offload delivery vehicles, verify quantities, and sign for deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, strapping, shrink‑wrapping, labeling, and securing parts to skids.
- Organize and put away materials into correct stock locations.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately according to pick lists and production requirements.
- Coordinate with the receiving coordinator regarding incoming containers, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Identify and report damaged or misplaced items and assist in resolving storage or documentation issues.




- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure safe and efficient workflows.
- Follow safe loading, unloading, and material‑handling practices, including proper PPE use.
- Suggest improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Experience in large‑format digital printing, packaging, fabrication, or related environments is required.
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic forklift experience or certification is an asset (please indicate certification in your application).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Clear verbal communication and ability to work independently and within a small team.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

- On‑site role at our Richmond Hill facility.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks.
- Exposure to industrial noise and materials; PPE provided as required.
- Occasional overtime may be needed to meet shipment deadlines.
