Position Overview

As part of our installation team, you will assist with the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of commercial and residential glass products. Successful candidates will be safety-conscious, dependable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Install and replace windows, doors, mirrors, shower enclosures, storefront systems, curtain wall, and other glazing products.
- Measure, cut, handle, and install glass and related materials accurately and safely.
- Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing materials and tools.
- Prepare work areas and ensure job sites remain clean and organized.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and installation instructions.
- Seal, secure, and finish installed glass products according to specifications.
- Work at various job sites, both residential and commercial.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.




- Perform general labour and shop duties as required.

Qualifications Experienced Glazier
- Experience in commercial and/or residential glazing.
- Strong knowledge of glazing systems and installation methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Apprentice Glazier
- Registered apprentice or interested in pursuing a career in the glazing trade.
- Willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople.
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic.

Labourer
- Construction experience is an asset but not required.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials safely.
- Eager to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused.
