Gravel Crusher & Loader Operator – Immediately - 2026 Season

Malcolm Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced Gravel Crusher and/or Loader Operator to join our team for the 2026 season. We are a family-owned company based out of Innisfail, Alberta, operating in gravel pits throughout the Innisfail and Red Deer County area.

Position Requirements:

- Previous experience loading gravel trucks and operating a gravel crusher spread is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of operating and maintaining a gravel crusher
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Physically fit and capable of handling a demanding, hands-on role (e.g., changing screens, bearings, liners)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
