Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience is not required but considered an asset
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in team environments, and individual
- Capable of meeting targets and maintaining productivity levels throughout the day
- High school diploma or GED is an asset
- Food Safety Certification is an asset
- Experience operating forklifts or scissor lifts is an asset
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset

Key Responsibilities

- Perform tasks such as, but not limited to: planting, pruning, harvesting, clipping, suckering, de-leafing, winding, and crop lowering
- Sort, pack, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Work comfortably at heights when required
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25kg




- Assist with inventory and materials management as needed
- Carry out additional duties as assigned

Work Environment

- Involves repetitive physical activities including bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Requires standing for extended periods
- Must be able to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
- Work takes place in hot and humid conditions throughout the summer months, and cold conditions throughout the winter season
- Exposure to pests, insects, and bees may occur
- Position is based in a rural location; reliable transportation is required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $17.60-$17.61 per hour
