Celsius Wellness – Floating Spa & Contrast Therapy

Celsius is Toronto’s first all-season floating spa. Hot sauna, cold plunge, and the water all around you. People come here to switch off, reset, and feel alive again, and you’re the reason they leave better than they arrived.

We’re looking for warm, genuine, high-energy people to host the guest experience from start to finish. No spa background needed. If you light up around people and love making someone’s day, we’ll teach you the rest.

What you’ll actually do

- Open up and get the space ready, sauna heated and everything dialed in before guests arrive.
- Greet and check people in, give them a tour, and set the tone for their visit.
- Walk guests through the contrast therapy journey; sauna, plunge, repeat - so it feels effortless, especially for first-timers.
- Read the room, answer questions, and make sure everyone leaves relaxed and looked after.
- Manage bookings and maintenance activities





You’ll thrive here if you

- Genuinely love people and hosting.
- Are reliable, punctual, and take pride in the details.
- Are comfortable working outdoors around heat and cold water.
- Have your own transport to get to the site (required).

Full training provided. Evenings and weekends included. Nice to have (but not required)

- First Aid / CPR certification, or willingness to get certified
- Experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness, or another customer-facing role
- Comfort in and around water; confident swimmer
- Familiarity with sauna culture, cold plunging, or contrast therapy
