Spirit Spa is currently recruiting for a confidant and organized Guest Service Coordinator who shares our passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and who will help oversee the day to day schedule of our team of Service Providers.

Our Guest Service Coordinators provide excellent client care and a deliver 5 star booking experience by responding to all inquiries via phone/email and become knowledgeable with our treatments, products, services offered.

You will manage any scheduling changes that may occur and perform guest follow ups if their booking requires additional information prior to arrival. When our guest arrive at the Spa, you will welcome them and act as our "spa concierge" ensuring they have an incredible experience during the visit.

The Guest Service Coordinator will look for opportunities to maximize the use of time within the treatment schedule to ensure an optimal schedule for our Service providers and ensure the ultimate spa guest experience.

Job Requirements

- Experienced customer service professional with a passion for hospitality and the desire to coordinate the ultimate Spa experience for our guests.
- You must be an expert problem solver and be able to think quickly under pressure to make last minute scheduling decisions that minimize guest impact.
- You will be a willing team player, accomplished multi-tasker, comfortable with computer systems and communicating over telephone, email and face to face.
- All candidates must be optimistic and have a positive attitude!




- This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical demands of this position may require standing for long periods of time and moving around the Spa while interacting with guests.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- 1-2 years previous receptionist experience in a high-volume spa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills and the ability to learn a Spa Reservations software
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable doing laundry, light spa cleaning and setting up amenities.
- Previous sales/retail experience is an asset.
