Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special occasion styling tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Upsell retail hair care products and treatments that complement clients’ styles while enhancing their overall experience.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently.




- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks, maintenance tips, and product recommendations to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training.

Experience

- Proven experience in professional hair styling with a solid portfolio of work showcasing versatility in cuts, color, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their individual needs.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine interest in client well-being.
- Prior experience managing front desk responsibilities or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- A valid cosmetology or hairstyling license as required by local regulations.
