Snip & Style Salon is a modern, upscale salon located in the heart of Etobicoke. We’re dedicated to providing premium hair and beauty services in a chic, welcoming atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Hairstylist who is passionate about color, treatments, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert services including balayage, highlights, keratin treatments, hair smoothening, and precision cutting/styling
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ hair goals and offer tailored recommendations
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and skilled
- Stay current with trends, techniques, and advancements in hair coloring and treatments
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service and communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional hairstyling experience with a focus on hair
- Strong skills in balayage, highlights, keratin, smoothening,
and color correction
- Hairstylist license preferred
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about your craft
- Bonus: Experience in esthetics (waxing, facials, threading, etc.)

- Competitive pay: $18–$25/hr, or 50% commission (your choice, based on experience)
