We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and professional Health Care Aides and Personal Support Workers who genuinely enjoy helping others live safely and independently in their own homes. What You'll Do

Every client is unique, but your responsibilities may include:

- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Medication reminders and assistance within your scope of practice
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Dementia care
- Supporting children and adults with disabilities
- Documenting care notes using our mobile app
- Communicating changes in client condition to our clinical team

What We're Looking For

We're searching for caregivers who:

- Have a genuine passion for helping others
- Are dependable and punctual
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff
- Can work independently while following care plans
- Remain calm and confident in challenging situations
- Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect

Qualifications

Required





- Alberta Health Care Aide Certificate (or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid & CPR
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
- Eligible to work in Canada

Preferred:
- Home Care experience
- Dementia care experience
- Palliative care experience
- Experience supporting adults or children with disabilities (FSCD)
- HCA Directory registration (if applicable)
