We're looking for a skilled, motivated, and safety-focused Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (421A) to help keep our fleet operating at its best.

What You'll Do
As a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician, you'll inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of heavy equipment while helping maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and verifying repairs on heavy-duty equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
- Repairing and servicing:
- Drive axle and drivetrain assemblies
- Final drives
- Hydraulic systems
- Structural components, frames, and undercarriages
- Tires, wheels, and ground-engaging tools and attachments
- Mechanical and electrical systems
- Inspecting equipment for wear, damage, defects, and operational concerns.
- Replacing, rebuilding, adjusting, aligning, reconditioning, and programming components as required.
- Completing accurate repair reports, inspections, and maintenance documentation.
- Following manufacturer specifications, Company procedures, and Ontario Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Working collaboratively with the operations team to keep projects running safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Ontario 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Certificate, or equivalent heavy equipment experience.
- 2–5 years of heavy equipment repair experience (more experience is always welcome!).
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and diagnostic information.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Committed to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
- Able to work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $27.42-$45.00 per hour
Experience
- Heavy Equipment Mechanic : 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
