LaVallee SiteWorks Ltd. is an Indigenous owned civil construction and project management company out of Bonnyville. We work across northeast Alberta including Ardmore, Athabasca, Cold Lake, Elk Point, Fort McMurray, Lac La Biche, Smoky Lake and St. Paul.
We are staffing up for upcoming project work. Start dates vary by project.
What you'll run
Excavator, dozer, skid steer, loader. Site prep, earthworks, trenching, backfill, grading, civil maintenance.
What the job looks like
- Run your machine safe and productive, on grade and on plan
- Daily pre-trip and circle check, and report defects before they become downtime
- Grease and service your own machine
- Work with the ground crew, the foreman and the surveyor
- Spot hazards and speak up. Nobody here gets in trouble for stopping work
What you bring
- Real seat time you can back up. Tickets are an asset, not a substitute
- Valid driver's licence and your own way to site
- Common construction tickets are welcome:
CSTS, Ground Disturbance, H2S Alive, First Aid. If you're short one, tell us
- Show up on time, do valuable work, look after the equipment, work safe, treat people with respect

Supervision, project and safety roles need recognized credentials: Gold Seal, PMP, NCSO or CRSP, journeyman tickets. If you're working toward certification, say so. We'll back the right person. Wages are based on experience and ticket level.
