Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enforce Health & Safety policies and OHSA compliance

Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments

Monitor high-risk work and ensure proper PPE use

Deliver safety training and orientations (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.)

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Maintain safety documentation and support COR® certification

Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients

Qualifications**

Candidates with NCSO certification will be prioritized over all others.

Diploma/degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

3+ years of construction safety experience

Knowledge of Ontario OHSA and COR® programs

CRSP/NCSO (or working toward) is an asset

Valid driver’s license
