Responsibilities Build and manage GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, automations, and workflows
Transfer data from our current CRM
Manage Meta leads and follow up until they book
Confirm appointments and follow up before and after visits
Keep client records and booking system updated
Answer calls, messages, and emails
Sell our academy programs and services
Provide excellent customer service
Assist with LinkedIn, TikTok, and basic marketing (a plus) Requirements GoHighLevel experience is required
CRM setup and automation experience
Solid English communication skills
Sales and customer service experience
Experience with Meta leads
Beauty, PMU, medspa, or aesthetic industry experience is a plus We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and enjoys helping clients while supporting the growth of our business.
