Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill is looking for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess/Server to join our energetic team. As part of our vibrant atmosphere, you’ll help provide an outstanding guest experience in a high-energy environment, all while delivering exceptional service.

About Us: With a spacious dining area of 240 seats, Chuck’s Roadhouse is known for our great food, amazing drinks, and laid-back vibe. We're committed to creating a welcoming environment where both our guests and team members can have a great time. As a Host/Hostess/Server, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels valued and receives top-notch service.

Job Responsibilities:

- Host/Hostess Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently, balancing customer flow
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and ensure guests are seated in a timely manner
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating concerns with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Server Duties:
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations, answer questions, and ensure guests' needs are met
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation
- Upsell food and drinks while maintaining a positive guest experience




- Clear and clean tables promptly while keeping a tidy section
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, handling any concerns or requests

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays (up to 25 lbs)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Smart Serve Certification (required for serving alcohol)
