:

The Hotel Portfolio Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and profitability of multiple hotels within the portfolio. This role ensures each property meets company standards while allowing ownership to focus on strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of all portfolio hotels.
- Provide leadership and support to General Managers and hotel staff.
- Monitor hotel performance, including occupancy, revenue, labor costs, and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property visits and weekly operational meetings.
- Ensure high standards for housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and guest service.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement projects.
- Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Assist with recruiting, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare weekly operational reports and recommend improvements to ownership.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience.
- Multi-property or General Manager experience preferred.
- Robust understanding of hotel operations, staffing, maintenance, and guest service.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems and operational reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between portfolio properties.
- Valid driver's licence.

Reporting Structure Reports directly to Ownership and is responsible for the operational performance of all hotels within the portfolio.

Work Location: In person

CA$65,000.00-CA$95,000.00 per year
