Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe work workplace
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy




- Maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
