Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and linens to guarantee guest comfort at all times
- Follow established procedures for waste disposal and linen handling to promote hygiene and sustainability
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests and staff
- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to cleaning products and procedures, including industrial cleaning practices when necessary




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry or similar settings such as hotels or resorts
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols related to industrial cleaning
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in quick-paced environments
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Familiarity with hotel experience or hospitality operations is a plus but not mandatory
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
