Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries,



and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy at all times.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially within hotel or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service principles.
- Experience with hotel operations or hospitality services is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
