Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a fresh and hygienic environment
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to meet operational standards
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and other supplies in guest rooms and common areas to enhance guest comfort
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and well-maintained setting for guests and staff
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with industry regulations




- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleaning of carpets or upholstery using specialized equipment

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning roles within hotels or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for both hospitality environments and industrial spaces
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals used safely in hospitality environments
- Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts
