What you Bring to the Team:
- College Level Diploma with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Human Resources Assistant
- Successful demonstrated experience working in a high paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, pro-active and ability to produce quality work
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task, meet deadlines and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and drive
- Excellent Microsoft skills, word, excel
- Ability to communicate at all workplace levels, excellent English verbal and written skills communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and work as a team
The Role:
The candidate will conduct research within job sites/applicants, scheduling interviews and interviewing applicants. They will prepare contracts, extensions agreements, promotion letters for new and existing employees. They will welcome new employees by conducting orientations, ensuring all required documents are collected. They will also maintain employee records, provide clerical support while doing any other tasks as determined in a confidential manner.
