The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across our growing organization. You'll work closely with our leadership team to strengthen our people practices, support employees, and help shape a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do:

- Support and continuously improve our HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.
- Coordinate onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Coach managers on attendance, performance, investigations, and workplace issues.
- Support Health & Safety, WSIB, return-to-work, and legislative compliance.
- Help improve HR processes, policies, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You Bring:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Deep working knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHSA, Ontario Human Rights Code, AODA; WSIB/RTW.
- Strong recruiting chops for high-volume hourly roles and skilled salaried positions.
- Confident with investigations, conflict resolution, and coaching leaders at all levels.
- Data-driven, systems-minded; comfortable with HRIS and building simple dashboards.
- Clear,



empathetic communicator who builds trust and gets things done.

Nice to have:

- Food safety or GMP environment experience.
- JHSC Certification (or willing to obtain).
- Experience supporting multi-language workforces.
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, logistics, or other 24/7/shift-based environments.
- CHRP/CHRL (or in progress).
