Airmaxx Plus Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial, industrial, and institutional mechanical projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure estimates are complete, competitive, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC, piping, gas, and mechanical systems.

- Perform quantity take-offs and material take-offs.

- Solicit and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.

- Prepare complete bid packages and tender submissions.

- Identify project risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.

- Maintain estimating databases and costing information.

- Coordinate with project management and operations during project handover.

- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.





- Manage multiple estimates while meeting tender deadlines.

Qualifications

- Experience estimating commercial and industrial mechanical/HVAC projects.

- Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, gas, and mechanical systems.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and estimating software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Valid G Driver's Licence is mandatory.

Pay: $30.00-$48.00 per hour
