Southwood Golf & Country Club (www.southwood.ca) is currently seeking energetic, service oriented individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Hut/Beverage Cart Servers.

A “service” mindset is a requirement to provide support to other staff members, as well as frequent interaction with club members.

We are looking for detail oriented, highly motivated, driven individuals with a positive attitude that have the ability to work in a team environment. If you are passionate about hospitality and take pride in offering exceptional service, we would love to have you be a part of the Southwood team!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Smart Choices Responsible Service Certification

Ability to work in a fast pace workplace

High attention to detail

Friendly personality and customer service driven

Ability to create a positive Member experience through interaction and adherence to steps of service

Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system

Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns

Able to successfully solve problems through good decision making

Monitor cleanliness before, during and after service

Actively demonstrate teamwork,



sincerity, helpfulness and courtesy

- Open Availability, weekends and holidays and reliable transportation required

Quick mental math skills

Record member charges accurately.
