We are seeking experienced and dedicated Indian chefs, line cooks, and kitchen helpers to join our vibrant culinary team. This role involves preparing authentic Indian dishes, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering exceptional food service to our valued customers. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes with authentic flavors and presentation.
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure authentic taste and presentation.
- Support other kitchen staff in meal preparation during busy service hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team with positive communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if necessary.
