Craig Street Creamery is a locally owned ice cream and gelato shop in the heart of beautiful Parksville. We serve premium ice cream, handcrafted gelato, frozen treats, and friendly service in a fun, welcoming, and family-oriented environment.

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Scooper to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you'll serve guests, prepare treats, and help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Scooper, you will:

- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
- Scoop and serve premium ice cream, gelato, and frozen treats.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Work as part of a supportive and friendly team.
- Help create a fun, welcoming experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will:
- Be friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with people.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.




- Have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Have previous food service, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience (an asset; not required).

Physical Requirements This is an active role. Applicants should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking for the majority of their shift.
- Repeatedly scooping ice cream and preparing food items.
- Lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Availability Applicants must be available to work 12-24 hours per week, including:

- Weekdays (during summer months)
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays, when required
