The Inclusive Childhood Support Worker (CDSW) provides additional staffing support to children under six years of age with diverse support needs to promote their successful inclusion and meaningful participation in preschool or daycare programs.

Working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team, the CDSW partners with community program staff, parents/caregivers, and therapists to support the development and implementation of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). The CDSW implements intervention strategies outlined in the plan, fostering the child's participation, development, and successful inclusion within the early learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Early Childhood Education Certificate Program or at minimum Early Childhood Assistant License and enrolled in an Early Childhood Education Program

- Valid First Aid and CPR certification,



cleared Criminal Records Check
- Experience with children 3-5 years of age

STATUS: Part Time. 34 hours / week. The schedule will be confirmed at the time of hire and will be either: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
