We provide high-quality tutoring and academic support for students in Grades 1–12 through both in-person and online instruction.

We are currently expanding our team and are seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging instructors across all grade levels and subject areas.

Subjects We Are Hiring For

We welcome applications from qualified instructors in:

- Mathematics
- English Language Arts
- Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
- Social Studies
- French
- Reading & Literacy
- Elementary Education (Grades 1–6)
- Junior High (Grades 7–9)
- High School (Grades 10–12)
- Diploma Exam Preparation
- Study Skills & Academic Coaching
- Special Education / Learning Support
- ESL / EAL (an asset)

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions.
- Create individualized learning plans based on each student's needs and goals.
- Build positive relationships with students and families.
- Reinforce classroom learning while addressing learning gaps.
- Prepare students for quizzes, exams, provincial assessments, and diploma exams.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with the EduLearn team to ensure exceptional student outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field (preferred).




- Alberta Teaching Certificate or equivalent teaching certification is required
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience with K–12 students.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and professional.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other online teaching platforms.
- Ability to teach multiple subjects is considered an asset.
