Job Summary

Join the Azteca Contracting team as an In-suite Cleaner, where your energy and attention to detail will create a spotless, move-in-ready environment for our residents. In this role, you'll use a company car to travel between residential buildings across the Greater Toronto Area, cleaning suites after tenants have moved out, often following painting and renovation work to bring each unit up to our high standards before new residents move in. This paid position is a outstanding opportunity to put your cleaning expertise to work in a variety of buildings across the GTA.

Responsibilities

- Perform deep cleaning of vacant, move-out suites, including ovens, dishwashers, and bathrooms
- Thoroughly dust and clean surfaces after painting and renovation work, including walls, trim, fixtures, and floors
- Clean balconies, including removal of bird droppings and other outdoor debris
- Vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces throughout the suite
- Occasionally clean windows as part of the overall suite turnover
- Clean common area of the building
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safety and accessibility at all times




- Coordinate with property management/office to schedule cleanings around move-out dates, renovation timelines, and unit occupancy
- Ensure all cleaning procedures adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper disposal of waste.
- Travel between building locations across the GTA using a company-provided vehicle

Requirements

- Valid full G driver's license (required)
- Previous experience in residential or move-out/turnover cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Comfortable with deep cleaning tasks (ovens, dishwashers, bathrooms) and post-renovation dusting/cleanup
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple units and locations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
