Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and facilitating the sale of insurance products and services. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The Broker will play a key role in expanding our market presence through outside sales, retail sales, and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue recent sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and telemarketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions
- Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-ups, and reporting
- Engage in marketing activities to promote services and attract new clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets




- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market expansion and client retention
- Utilize multilingual skills (including Spanish) to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual in Spanish, are highly advantageous
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Experience in telemarketing, marketing, or sales administration is a plus
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and close deals effectively

This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about sales and customer service within the insurance industry. Pay: $40,000.00-$162,734.18 per year
