Victoria Native Friendship Centre (VNFC) seeks an Indigenous Wellness Provider to support VNFC and PCN clients. You will coordinate access to Indigenous practitioners, primary health care, social services and specialized medical care in Victoria and Western PCNs.
The role requires trauma-informed, culturally protected care, strong communication, and ability to work with diverse Indigenous communities including Métis, Inuit and First Nations. On-site position with a focus on client-centered planning.
