Industrial Medics (OFA III/AFA)

Airsafe Consulting Ltd. is looking for suitable and qualified individuals that would like to join our team as an Industrial Medic (OFA III/AFA) for long term projects.

Responsibilities

· Keep explicit communication with dispatch while on the job as to any changes and while being dispatched to work.

· Communicate with client representative on day-to-day operation.

· Maintain vehicles and work areas in clean, tidy, and professional condition.

· Ensure that all pertinent paperwork is completed accurately, neatly and in a timely manner.

· Complete Hazard ID cards as appropriate.

· Provide medical support to all personnel on the work site when required.

· Conduct equipment maintenance procedures at the field level.

· Attend and participate in safety meetings.

· Participate in the HSE program.

· Report all deficiencies found to dispatch and/or management.





· Conduct man down drills.

· Maintain an accurate head count of all personnel on site.

Qualifications

· H2S Alive

· WHMIS

· TDG

· Health Care Providers First Aid and CPR

· Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

· Class 5 License

· Drivers Abstract (3 year)

· In Good Standing with Alberta College of Paramedics (ACoP)

Previous experience will be considered an asset but is not a requirement.
