Duties:
- Paint refuse containers and other miscellaneous parts and equipment
- Communicate with operations department about upcoming needs and prioritization of tasks
- Stencil and decal of containers according to prescribed formulas for various styles of containers
- Various other duties as required, including equipment maintenance, buildings and facilities work, etc.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with both air-assisted, airless, and HVLP spray systems seen as an asset
- Knowledge of paints and thinners, epoxy coatings, etc. an asset
- Self-motivated, goal and team oriented
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and dedicated
- Leads by example in a challenging environment
- Ability to work safely, and promote safe work practices
- Experience with equipment operation- telehandlers, forklifts is an asset but training can be provided if needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Paint test will be required
