Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating complex machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production performance. Your expertise in mechanical systems, electrical components, and industrial maintenance will drive efficiency and safety across our operations.

Responsibilities

- Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct inspections of machinery to identify issues early, utilizing analysis skills for root cause determination.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate repairs and installations.




- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance.

Experience

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments as a Millwright or Machine Operator.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to analyze technical issues quickly and develop effective solutions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
