? Hiring: Information Management Analyst III – Microsoft Purview

We are looking for an experienced Information Management Analyst III with strong expertise in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Compliance, Data Protection, and Information Governance .

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, security, compliance, and business operations to help build and enhance enterprise data protection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Microsoft Purview solutions within Microsoft 365

• 6+ years of experience in Information Governance, Records Management, Data Protection, Privacy, Compliance, or Information Security Governance

• Strong experience with Microsoft Purview capabilities including :

- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Sensitivity Labels & Information Protection
- Data Classification
- Data Lifecycle Management
- Retention Policies & Labels
- Records Management
- eDiscovery
- Compliance Reporting & Audit




- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive
- Understanding of information lifecycle management, privacy principles, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks
- Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical business solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise governance, cybersecurity, compliance, or data protection programs
- Solid analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
