Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to join our team on the third shift. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection molding equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality. Your expertise will help keep our manufacturing processes running smoothly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and resolve automation problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Conduct electrical work including wiring, troubleshooting low voltage systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with welding, HVAC systems, boiler operations, and other industrial maintenance tasks as needed.




- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with high-voltage equipment and industrial machinery to prevent accidents or injuries.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrician practices, schematics reading, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
- Mechanical aptitude with skills in welding, HVAC systems, boiler operation, and general industrial maintenance.
- Ability to analyze complex problems quickly and develop effective solutions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration.
- Knowledge of low voltage systems, electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques in manufacturing environments.
