Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Insolvency Administrator to join our team.This role is responsible for managing insolvency files,communicating with trustees,maintaining accurate records,and supporting internal recovery processes across a group of private lending companies.

The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills,excellent attention to detail,and experience handling sensitive financial or legal documentation.Prior experience in insolvency ,collections,credit or legal administration is preferred.

Duties

- Manage and oversee insolvency cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures
- Conduct detailed account analysis, including account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain comprehensive case records and financial data
- Analyze financial statements and conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues requiring resolution
- Assist in the negotiation of repayment plans or settlements to facilitate case closure while maintaining professional service standards





Requirements

- Proven experience in accounting or financial services with a focus on insolvency or related fields
- Robust understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and data entry tools to manage case documentation efficiently
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately
- Exceptional math skills to support detailed account analysis and calculations
- Effective negotiation abilities combined with professional phone etiquette for interactions with trustees and their staff
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
